A Nashville school bus collided with a minivan yesterday . Eleven school children and one adult were taken to the hospital for treatment . It appears the bus driver ran a stop sign and hit the minivan . I have been reading about the increase in school bus accidents and lack of sealtbelts on school buses . This accident was clearly the bus driver’s fault . Training of these bus drivers is important to protect the safety of our school children and the public . Remember you can bring a lawsuit againist a govermental entity to reciver for your damages .
