Dump truck driver Kevin Caswell told investigators that he fell asleep just before he ran over a worker at a construction site . The accident occurred at 9:30 in the morning . A co-worker waived his arms in a effort to stop the dump truck driver . Criminal charges are pending againist the driver at this time . Blood samples were taken from the driver . Two other employees of S & W Electrical Contracting were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries .
