Another young life was taken by a drunk driver last Saturday night in Nashville , Tennessee (TN). Joycelyn Gardiner , a student athlete at Tennessee State University , was killed by a drunk driver . It appears the drunk driver did not brake his car when it slammed into Ms. Gardiner’s car . There was no evidence of skid marks at the crash site . Victor Benitez was the alleged driver of the car that struck Ms. Gardiner . Benitez was arrested for vehicular homicide in connection with the accident .
