A tragic ATV accident has sparked a safety debate in Tennessee . In December of 2006 ,a ATV accident claimed the life of one young girl and seriously injured another in Macon County , Tennessee . The accident happened when the ATV swerved off the roadway . Neither girl was wearing a helmet or riding an age appropriate ATV . Also , they were riding on a road .
