After weeks of news reports of all the financial problems , I have come to the conclusion that not all crooks carry guns. They carry paper and pens. The Wall Street Fat Cats have stolen more money in a shorter amount of time than Jesse James and all the crooks in the world. What are we do now that we have been taken advantage of by these thiefs ? Fight back. The Tennessee Consumer Protection Act gives a consumer some recourse if these companies or salespersons have engaged in any deceptive business practices. I am currently reviewing claims on these types of cases. Please make a post in the comment section . Is it time to make these people accountable for their actions.
