A day of drinking turns deadly on Franklin Road as traffic was tied up for hours . Jeremiah McPherson began drinking after he left a job site . It appears he was to drunk to drive and slammed into another car. McPherson was driving a Cavalier that hit a Lexus at the intersection of Franklin Road and Mack Hatcher Boulevard. The passenger of McPherson’s car was killed and the other driver was injured . McPherson was charged with Vehicular Homicide . Drinking and Driving continues to impact all members of society .
